Rio’s Legacy Charity was created to assist families facing one of life’s greatest challenges, living life with a terminally ill child. Children’s hospice services help children with terminal illnesses who are not expected to reach adulthood.
With only 3 children hospices in Australia (8 beds per hospice, makes a total of only 24 beds across the country for all children), Rio’s Legacy’s aim is to see this change and provide more facilities readily available for families going through the most difficult time in their lives, living with a child who has a terminal illness.
Samba Brazil Entertainment is honoured to perform at such a special night, held in the memory of a beautiful young boy called RIO, and hoping to raise money for Rio’s Legacy Charity and terminally ill children.
